Hello from the Travelbug !!
This isn’t just the name of the domain – it’s also a tattoo I have on my left hand that I got when I was a little tipsy in Prague. First time in Europe, what can I say.
I say wow Amanda. You’re a crazy gal.
This tattoo has since added fuel to the fire and furthered my desire to travel even more, because I can’t have a travel-bug tattoo and not travel..
From a young age, like so many others, my number one goal in life has been to travel. To visit cities outside of Brisbane, Australia (my hometown), to taste food I never knew existed and meet people I wouldn’t have otherwise been able to meet.That’s what this blog is all about showcasing. But it’s also about providing some other stuff I’ve found useful along the way.
I don’t want this to just be a diary but a way to connect with or inspire someone else. Someone just like me perhaps…and if that’s only 1 person then I’ve done something small right.
I will be updating this blog as my travels continue around my current corporate life, and as I see ways to improve this space and the information I share on it. I only want to post things that I truly believe in and not just stuff for the sake of it. Hopefully in doing this I will provide something worthwhile to whoever stumbles on this.
